Welcome to Wilson's Funeral Chapel & Crematorium
Our Commitment And Pledge To Each Family We Are Honored To Serve
To care for each family and their deceased loved one with the utmost respect and dignity while honouring each family's individuality, beliefs, needs and wishes.
Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit us through our website. It is my hope that you will find the information provided to be helpful and informative.
Wilson’s Funeral Chapel and our family have a long history within Central Alberta. I was born and raised in Red Deer before joining my step-father and mother, Bruce & Mary Lou Wilson, at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel and beginning my training as a funeral professional in 1977.
Bruce’s roots in Central Alberta date back to 1954 when he began his career in Red Deer. He has since that time had the privilege of serving families throughout the area while in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Rocky Mountain House, Lacombe and Rimbey.
Our staff consists of professionally trained individuals who are passionate about what they do. We as a company are committed to providing the families whom we are privileged and honored to serve with the most comprehensive information and services for them to make informed decisions. Collectively we have in excess of 75 years of experience on staff assuring families that their needs and the care of their loved ones will be an experience of compassion and dignity.
It is with that pledge that I am proud to say we remain “A Caring Family, Caring For Families”.
Sincerely,
Steve Maetche
President/Owner
