Alma (Hixt) Sanders passed away peacefully at the Royal Oak Village,Lacombe, AB. on May 5th, 2017 at the age of 98 years.

Predeceased by her husband Grant Sanders, she is survived by her loving family of 3 daughters: Pat (Bill) Wyse of Red Deer, Margaret-Anne (Victor) Vogel of Sherwood Park & Marilyn Gorrigan of Red Deer, 1 son Bill (Rene) Sanders of Gull Lake, 1 sister Elsie as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be held from the Evangelical Free Church, 4619 C&E Trail, Lacombe, AB. on Wednesday, May 10th at 1:00 PM. A family interment service will take place in the Fairview Cemetery, Lacombe.
