Our lives were changed forever on August 8, 2010 when our darling Ashlynn was suddenly taken from us. Ashlynn Laura Handy passed away suddenly in Toronto where she was pursuing her dream of makeup and costume design. Ashlynn was an exceptionally talented young woman. She spoke Japanese, played musical instruments, was artistic in drawing and creating costumes, and loved her friends as family. She brought such joy to all who had the privilege to know her. She is survived by her loving mother, Catherine, big brother Alex and big sister Elissa, and her father, Morse. She is also survived by her grandparents as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ashlynn’s memorial service will be held at Sacred Heart Parish, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday August 20, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Alto Reste Cemetery, Red Deer Alberta.
