LARKIN, David Alexander (Dave)

August 10, 1935 – March 10, 2018

Mr. Dave Larkin passed away peacefully at hospice surrounded by family on March 10, 2018 at the age of 82.

Dave was born in Alix Alberta August 10, 1935 to Alex and Nellie Larkin nee Anning. Dave was the last of 5 children, brothers George and John and sisters Isabel Kromm nee Larkin and Jean Foxall nee Larkin.

After completing school at Alix Dave began farming with his brothers George and John, from which he retired in 2000.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Nellie Anning Larkin, brothers George and John, sister Isabel Kromm and brothers in law Wilfred Kromm and Ian Foxall.

Dave leaves behind to morn his loving wife of 17 years Margaret Larkin, a sister Jean Foxall a host of nieces and nephews and many, many friends.

Services will be held at the Alix community Hall March 17, 2018 at 12:00 pm with a luncheon to follow.

Interment will be at the Stone Fairview Cemetery. It is requested in lieu flowers Donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Expressions of sympathy may be made by visiting www.wilsonsfuneralchapel.ca.
