Faith Elizabeth (Hutchinson) Sarver

Faith Elizabeth Sarver (nee Hutchinson) went to be with the Lord, as well as her mother, Jean Wyse, on Easter Sunday, April 16th, 2017 early in the morning. At the time of her passing, she was surrounded by loved ones. 

Faith Sarver was born in Lacombe, AB on May 22nd, 1956. She spent most of her life caring for others, whether that was in group home settings caring for people with special needs, or when it was caring for the children in her many daycare and day-home environments over the years, everyone that knows her, knows her as a caregiver.

She loved her family deeply, and was likely the most humble and thoughtful person you will ever meet. There are no words to describe the depth and magnitude of loss felt by those that knew her. She had one of the most beautiful souls to live on this earth.

Faith is survived by her husband, Blair; their children, Mike and Michelle, Lisa and Dan, and Dale and Sarah; her brother, Lawson and his wife Patricia; her sister, Jordan; and her grandchildren, Ariel, Kaine, Tyler, Adeen, Matthew, Hannah, Isaac and Isabella; all of the “adopted” kids from her years as a daycare provider; and many more that called her "mom".

In lieu of memorial gifts, please instead make a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Red Deer or the Alberta Cancer Foundation in her name.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel in Lacombe, AB on Faith’s birthday – May 22nd, 2017 at 11am, followed by a get-together to reflect on her life over some snacks that will be provided. Please contact the family or the chapel for more details.
