William Herbert Simpson

SIMPSON

William Herbert Simpson of Rimbey, Alberta was born on Sept. 11, 1934 in Drumheller, Alberta and passed away on Sept. 22, 2017.

He is survived by his wife Eleanor (Bott) of 64 years. His children, Mary (Curtiss) Lund, Pat (Larry) Ross, Gord (Laurie) Simpson, Fred (Joanne) Simpson, Betty Daily, Ken (Mona) Simpson, and Les (Carol) Simpson. 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, sister Margaret (Ernie) Pennington and numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, son Robert Allan Simpson and son in-law James Daily.

William was a truck driver most of his life. He loved his gardening, fishing, camping, and loved hanging out with family and friends.
