Mr. Aaron Shain Bosgra passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, with family at his side, on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the age of 36 years.
No services will be held.
Aaron is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Nicole Aubrey; and his two children, Easton (10) and Thearynn (6), of whom he was very proud – Aaron was an amazing Dad.
Aaron is also survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Dick Bosgra; loving big brother, Pete and sister-in-law Jody; his favorite nephews, Dylan and Austin; sisters, Angela (Derek), Natalie, Ana; brother, Dave; mother-in-law, Daisy Bachelder; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and many dear friends.
Everyone who had ever come into Aaron’s life was instantly drawn to his love and sense of humor; he always had a way to make you laugh.
Aaron was adopted at the age of 9 months from South India and was raised around Rimbey and area. He spent many years playing hockey and touching many peoples’ hearts.
He met his loving wife, Nicole, in October of 2005 in Red Deer. There they lived and had their two amazing children. Aaron’s favorite past time was being a dad - watching his “buddy boy”, Easton, play soccer, and his “Babesky”, Thearynn, in swimming. And of course, watching the Calgary Flames. Aaron’s favorite memories were the times spent with his closest family and friends.
At the time of passing, Aaron was employed with Kipp Scott GMC as a service writer, and to whom we would like to thank for being so supportive and understanding during this time. Aaron always said “Kipp Scott is a second family.”
Special thank you to Unit 31 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital and to the fabulous family and friends who supported and took care of us during this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Ronald McDonald House (Red Deer House) at www.rmhcsca.org, or to a charity of your choosing.
