Barbara Ann Walters

Barbara passed away Friday November 3, 2017 at the Red Deer Hospice at the age of 83. She is survived by her children Harriet, Nancy, Cindy and Jim; 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, all of whom brightened her day. She was predeceased by a daughter, Heather, and her husband Arnald. Although Barbara was born and raised in England, the Pleasant Valley area south of Clive was always her home. She was very proud to be a Canadian and a farmer.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Clive Hall on December 3, 2017 at 2 pm. It will be a casual affair. The Walters Family has made a donation to both the Red Deer Hospice and the Red Deer Hospital Foundation – Unit 32. Any further donations on Barbara’s behalf would be very much appreciated – those people gave her much relief and dignity in her final days.
