Elsie Marie (Johnson) Duckett

DUCKETT

Elsie Marie (Johnson) Duckett passed away peacefully Oct. 6, 2019 at 98 years of age in the Rimbey Long Term Care Center.

Elsie was raised in Botha, Alberta.  She was married in 1942 to Eugene Duckett and they lived in the Fairview District at Lacombe until they moved into Lacombe.  Her final days were spent in the Rimbey Long Term Centre.  Elsie will be greatly missed by her children Mabel (Dale) Keddie of Fort St. John, B.C., Reta (Jim)Jordan of Rimbey, Carol (Terry) Sargeant of Rimbey, Wane (Lois) Duckett of Blackfalds, Allan (Cheryl) Duckett of Rimbey , Son in law Earl Jensen, 19 Grandchildren, 39 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren, many extended relatives, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.  Elsie was predeceased by her Loving Husband Eugene in 2011, Daughter Marlene Jensen in 2013, Daughter in Law Shauna, Brothers Elmer and Dean.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019  at the Lacombe Memorial Center at 2:00 PM.

Interment to follow in the Lacombe Fairview Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Rimbey Long Term Care Center or to the charity of your choice.
