Fred Isaac Redekopp was born December 29, 1939, on his father’s homestead near Laird, Saskatchewan and passed away November 8, 2019 in Red Deer, Alberta.

He moved with his parents between British Columbia and Saskatchewan. for many years before settling in the Hoadley area. They moved to Lacombe in the 1960’s, where Fred and his brothers founded Lacombe Express. Fred moved to Clive, Alberta, in 2000.

He will be missed by his brother Walter; his sisters-in-law: Lea, Jane and Joyce; his nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his father David (1980); mother Elise (1978); brothers George (2013) and Albert (2006). As per Fred’s request, no formal funeral will take place.
