Marie Elizabeth (nee Anderson) HANSON

21 April 1947 - 10 December 2018

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Marie Hanson, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Fred; daughters, Leilani Graham (Kevin), Kaliana Johnston (Wolfgang), and Iwalani Post (Brian); along with seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, Stan Neal and Randy Anderson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and dear friends.  The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Lacombe General Hospital for their professional and compassionate care of Marie. Also, to the Lacombe Senior Health Community Care staff for their wonderful support prior to her passing. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Wilson's Funeral Chapel, 6120 Hwy 2A, Lacombe on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., with reception to follow at Lacombe Royal Canadian Legion.
