Mary Ann Ingwersen passed away in peace on the evening of July 2, 2018. Her battle with cancer is over and we celebrate that she is now with her Lord.
Mary Ann will be lovingly remembered by her husband Mel and her children and grandchildren; Jeff and Christina Ingwersen, Carter, Seth and Jasper. Kelly and Ben Sawatzky, Sam, Caden and Annika. Scott and Val Ingwersen, Kayla, Ava, Elly, Carson and Kesler. Kim Grace, Graycee, Riz and Alivia. Mallory and Chris Diamond, Josie and Asher. Josh and Cherylyn Ingwersen (and soon to be 17th grandchild). Mary Ann was preceded by her Mother, Marja Kuipers, and is survived by her Father, Henk Kuipers and siblings, Pete and Trudy Kuipers, Tineke and Glen Weenink, Frank and Muff Kuipers, Angie and Bert Salomons, Henk-John and Mary-Ann Kuipers and Mark and Lanette Kuipers.
Mary Ann truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family on the deck, graciously volunteering her time and always being there for a friend in need. Mary Ann will especially be remembered by her grandchildren who she loved to the ‘moon and back’.
A Funeral Service will be held to celebrate Mary Ann’s life at Woody Nook Christian Reformed Church, Range Road 281 (Woody Nook Road) south of Hwy 12, Lacombe County, on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
