Wanietta Lena (Bohlender) Schwieger

SCHWIEGER

April 25, 1950- December 27,2017

Wanietta Lena Schwieger of Blackfalds passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, December 27th, 2017 at the age of 67 years.  Wanietta was born in Rimbey, Alberta and will lovingly be remembered by husband Victor Schwieger, son Daren (Sharon) Schwieger, daughter Charlene (Richard) Beliveau and granddaughter Shyan Beliveau.  She will also be fondly remembered by her four sisters Darlene Horutko, Geraldine (Jerry) Thompson, Gloria (Carl) Jevne and Phyllis (Dallas) Bennett, as well as one brother Darrel (Bev)Bohlender.  Wanietta was predeceased by her parents Rudy and Ethel Bohlender.  A celebration of Wanietta’s life will be held at the Blackfalds Community Hall, 4810 Womacks Road, on January 5th, 2018 at 1:00pm.  Memorial donations in Wanietta’s honour can be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Central Alberta Women’s Emergency Shelter.
