Alex Archutick

It is with great sadness, the family of Alex Archutick wishes to announce his peaceful passing at Lacombe Hospital LTC, Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the age of 91 years.

Alex is survived by three sisters, Shirley Jantzen, Julie and Vera Archutick; two children, Marilyn Long (David), and David Archutick (Michele); and four grandchildren, Bryan Kroker (Lauren), Melissa Kroker, Janyce Archutick, Jerrid Archutick (Jacklyn); two great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended families and dear friends.

Alex is predeceased by his wife, Eileen.

“Alex loved the outdoors, participating in camping, hunting, fishing, and swimming as often as time allowed. His strong faith was invaluable as he faced numerous health issues during his last days. His love of traditional hymns and sharing them was a tremendous source of strength to him.”

Special thanks to the Lacombe Long Term Care staff for the care given to Alex during this past year.

A Private Family Service will take place.
