RESCHNY, Bernice
1952 – 2023
Bernice was born April 22, 1952 to Joe and Katie Reschny. She lived in Primate, Saskatchewan until 1965, when the family moved to Provost, Alberta, where she graduated from High School in 1970. She moved to Red Deer, Alberta and took the MDN training at the then Alberta School Hospital. She worked there through many changes and retired in 2008. After many years of knowing each other in 1992 Pete Malone became a permanent part of her life for the next 31 years, the last 22 years in Lacombe.
She passed away peacefully at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre on Monday, May 8th, 2023
Bernice is survived by Pete Malone, her four sisters, four brothers, nieces, nephews, Pete’s two brothers and one sister as well as many friends.
At Bernice’s request there will be no Funeral Service but there will be a Celebration of her Life, at a later date.
