Dale Glen Nolan 67 years old passed away peacefully November 6, 2025 at the Red Deer Hospice surrounded by his loving family.
Dale was born May 25, 1958 in Lacombe AB to Glen and Beverley Nolan the oldest of three sons: Dana (Della), Joe (Angie) He graduated from Lindsay Thurbur High School, Red Deer AB in 1976. Then went on to Mount Carmel Bible School, Edmonton AB. Later on Dale studied at Briercrest Bible School, Caronport SK.
Dale and Blanche married in Red Deer AB in 1981 where he joyfully welcomed becoming a father of 3 children. In 1992 Dale and Blanche expanded the family by adopting Tyler in Red Deer AB.
Dale is survived by his wife Blanche (44 yrs of marriage), son Martin (Darla), Bernadette (Steven), Nicole (Cody). He now has 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 1 honorary grandson and 2 great grandchildren. Dale was predeceased by his son Tyler and his parents Glen and Beverly Nolan.
Dale grew up in the family business progressing from employee, foreman, owner and eventually President of Hopkins Construction (Lacombe) Ltd. He consulted for and was a director of Athabasca Minerals Inc.
Dale was always very active in the Evangelical Free church and denomination as: leadership team chairman, worship leader, evangelical pastoral selection board member and lay pastor.
Dale was involved with the City of Lacombe Chamber or Commerce and Lacombe Police Services.
Through Dale’s passion, kindness and knowledge he was an invaluable guide throughout his business and personal life. He was an eternal optimist closely following God’s word and guidance. Dale was an effective self-advocate in his healthcare journey inspiring others to be proactive.
Dale truly wished the best for everyone and cared deeply for others. He walked the way Jesus called him to even through uncertainty and difficulties. His passion, commitment, kindness and integrity were a part of his life’ essence. Dale faithfully lived out what he believed.
He was an HONORABLE man!
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Redeemer United Reformed Chuch (4519 46 Ave, Lacombe).
