SMITH, Dallas John

August 5, 1962 - November 27, 2019

 

Dallas leaves behind his daughter Amber; granddaughters Alyssa and Lisa Marie and a great granddaughter Kyrah Lee.

His Stepchildren, Amanda and Kyle. As well as his brothers Edward and Cameron, and sisters Bonnie and Darla. Nieces and Nephews, Jodi, Alexis, Jason, Chantal, Sarah, Kendra, and their children, Many Aunts, Uncles and friends.

Dallas was predeceased by his mother Myrtle (1977) and his father Orville (2014) and a nephew Cory (2018).

Dallas was an avid outdoors man and guide in Alberta and British Columbia, as well worked the power line for years, and in the oil and gas industry as a night supervisor. He loved hunting, fishing and camping with his family and friends.

One of his favorite things was to have family and friends over in his back yard for a fire, BBQ and a game of horse shoes.

A Celebration of Dallas's Life will be held at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel, 6120 Highway 2A, Lacombe, Alberta on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the Kozy Korner, 5024 - 53 Street, Lacombe, Alberta

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Dallas’s name to the Safe Harbour Society “Warming Centre”, 5246 - 53 Ave., Red Deer, AB T4N 5K2.

Refreshments

After the service please come and join us for refreshments and a light lunch at Kozy Korner, 5024 53 St, Lacombe.
