David William Kaiser (January 28, 1938 - February 28, 2021)
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce that our beloved brother, uncle and friend, David William Kaiser, passed away from complications stemming from Covid 19.
David is survived by his loving sisters Ruth (Northcut) & Kathy (Clarke), nieces Amber Northcut (Tony), Charlene Northcut, Leesa Hartwick (Greg), Linda Hartwick, and nephews Fred Hartwick and Leonard Hartwick. He will be missed by his extended family including Joy Clarke, Rob Clarke (Irene Fehr), Jayde Eades, Brayden Bolko, Daniel Binns, Taylor Clarke, and Brian Walton.
He is predeceased by his sister Annie and his brother Robert (Bob), with whom he was especially close.
David spent his life doing what he knew and loved best, farming. A tireless worker, David started working along side threshing crews from the time he was just ten years old, while still keeping up with the chores that needed to be done at home. David dedicated himself to the land, but still had time to enjoy his favorite sports teams, and always had time to gently tease his nieces and nephews with a wry smile. It is that smile, present even during the hardest of times, that will be missed most of all.
A Celebration of David’s life will be held on Friday March 5, 2021 at the Fairview Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
Memorial Donations can be made to the Red Cross of Canada’s Covid 19 Emergency Response fund at www.redcross.ca
