FLINN, Donald “Don” Murray

1954 - 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donald “Don” Murray Flinn on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the age of 67 years.

Don was born February 9, 1954 in Lacombe where he spent his whole life.

Don is survived by Anna, his loving wife of 38 years; son Derek (Allison, Vincent and Victoria); daughter Darian Parkin (Ryan and Chloe); sister Terrie Huff (Bob); brothers, Les (Shirley) and Bob (R.W.); many other family members, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Don retired in November 2020 from Wolf Creek Public School Division as a School Bus Driver.

Don loved going to and hosting Garage Sales (known to many as “Don Mart”, pool night with the boys and collecting anything old - especially comic books and knives.

He was known for his kindness and most importantly he loved spending time with “Grandbabies” and family.

At Don’s request no Formal Funeral Service will be held.  A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held at a later date when restrictions will allow larger gatherings.
