Donna McCallum Obituary

Donna passed away peacefully at Stettler Hospital, Saturday, March 25, 2023.  She was predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Vera Ryall and her brother Dale Ryall.  She will be missed by her daughter, Annette and Bob Kowalchuk; son, Allan and Stacey McCallum; brother, Gerald and Noreen Ryall; and her twin brother, Delburt and Judy Ryall; 7 grandsons, Patrick (Courtney) King, Andrew (Ashley) Krieger, Danny (Megan) Krieger, Casey (Jeff) Krieger, Zander McCallum, Arley McCallum, and Jake McCallum; 3 great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna lived life the way she wanted and was very proud of her accomplishments.  In her last few months in Long Term Care in Stettler, she loved being there and kept very active with bingo, baking, watching hockey and the Price Is Right (her favorite show).  She told us many times that her TV was her favorite pastime.

We would like to thank all staff at the Stettler Hospital (Acute and LTC) for the wonderful care my Mom received and also for all the support and compassion given to the family.

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations in honor of Donna may be directed to the Canadian Mental Health Association at https://cmha.ca/ or to a charity of choice.
