It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the sudden passing of Dorothy “Dot” Mae Wallace (nee: Lemon), of Ponoka, AB on the morning of June 14th 2022, at the age of 81 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Bruce, Wanda and Joyce; 11 grandchildren: Crystal Lee, Gary, Wade, Kyle, Ashley, Christina; 15 great-grandchildren: Dakota, Tianna, Zandra, Asher, Jaxxon, Myla, and Liam; brother’s: Victor and Curtis; sister’s: Lorna and Adurey; as well as numerous relatives and friends across Canada.

Dorothy “Dot” was predeceased by her parents, George Allen Lemon (1987) and Margaret “Frances” Graham (2001); husband, Keith “Roy” Wallace (2009); siblings, Hedley (1976), Frederick (1957), Viola (2013), Emily (2018) and ; and son, Wade Keith (1984).

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Ponoka Long Term Care and Rimbey Long Term Care for their care and compassion.

If desired, memorial donations may be directed to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choosing in her memory.

At Dorothy‘s request, no service will be held. She will be laid to rest with her son Wade and husband Roy at The Fairview Cemetery in Lacombe, AB.
