It is with great sadness that the family of Earl Lovelace announce his passing on September 26, 2025, at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 74 years.
Earl was born on November 4, 1950, in High Prairie, Alberta, to Edna and Mervin Lovelace. He was predeceased by his parents, his beloved son Riley, and his sisters Delane and Donna.
He is lovingly remembered by his son Dallas (Dawn); grandchildren Katherine (Craig Jr.) Stinson, Michael (Becca) Braconnier, Jonathon (Jen) Braconnier, and Julie Lovelace; brothers Manny and Robin Lovelace; sisters Karen, Brenda, Holly and Daryl; as well as great-grandchildren Alexis, Scarlett, Dante, Holland, Myles, Skylar, and Jasper. Earl also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish his memory.
Earl was known for his craftsmanship and dedication as a carpenter framer, a trade in which he took great pride. Beyond his work, he will be remembered for his love of family, his resilience, and his quiet strength.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Burial will take place at the Breton Cemetery
