It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gary Allan Kroetsch, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Gary was born on June 24, 1971 in Daysland, Alberta to loving parents (Alfred & Deloras Kroetsch) who instilled in him the values of faith, kindness and perseverance.
Gary’s legacy is one of love, dedication, and support for his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Cara, and together they shared a bond that was a true testament to the power of love. Gary was a proud father to their two sons Taylor and Trent (Jamey & their dog Biggie). He instilled in them values of compassion, integrity, and hard work that will guide them throughout their lives.
Gary had an uncanny ability to find joy in the simplest of things and spread laughter wherever he went. His quick wit and playful nature brought smiles to the faces of everyone he encountered. Gary always had a positive outlook on life and an ability to find humor in any situation.
On August 15, 2023 tragedy struck when Gary passed away suddenly in Red Deer, Alberta. His untimely departure has left a void in the lives of all who loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Gary’s name, to continue his legacy. https://heartandstroke.ca
