Janice Lynne (Rose) Cadogan

It is with great sadness that we announce that Janice Lynne Cadogan of Lacombe passed away on October 12th, 2024 at the age of 77.  She is survived by sons David and Trevor; grandchildren Ethan, Cole, Maya and Avery; brother Dwight; as well as numerous extended family and an abundance of friends.  

Janice is predeceased by the love of her life, Ike, her husband of 54 years who passed away in July of 2023. They spent the majority of their life in Winnipeg, raising a family and where Janice worked as an occupational therapist before moving to Lacombe in 1991.  She continued to work as an occupational therapist in Red Deer until she retired, continuing to enjoy her hobbies of gardening and cooking as well as travelling with Ike and the "Winnipeg crew" to destinations near and far and spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren.  She will be missed.

Janice Lynne Cadogan passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the age of 77 years.

A Celebration of Janice's Life will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Wilson's Funeral Chapel, Lacombe, Alberta at 1:00 p.m.
