Jason Ronald James Stoeber, beloved son of Ronald Stoeber (Sandra) of Vernon, British Columbia and Lyn McNairn (Dave) of Meaghers Grant, Nova Scotia passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2025.  He is also survived by his Sister, Tara Keel of Nova Scotia as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins in both Alberta and Nova Scotia.

Jason was predeceased by his grandparents Jim and Moe McNairn of Nova Scotia, John and Lynn Stoeber of Calgary, Alberta and his cousin Gillian Gratton on April 10, 2025.

Jason was born a bit early on April 14, 1981 at the Calgary General Hospital with a weight of 4lbs 13 ounces.  He was a determined little boy and had his struggles with his underdeveloped lungs in his first couple of years.  Jason grew fast and strong and was patient with his long treatments of Ventolin and Steroids as well as his stays  at the Children’s Hospital in Calgary.

He moved with his family to the Turro area in Nova Scotia when he was 2 years old to near the McNairn family and spent many days in the pool and get togethers with friends and family.  He received all his schooling in Nova Scotia and visited in Alberta and British Columbia during some of his summer and Christmas breaks to be with his dad and the Stoeber Clan. 

Jason moved back to Calgary in 2005 and began working for a Surveying Company.  He was passionate about this work, quick with math and excelled quite quickly within the Company.  He was very well liked by fellow employees, management and customers. 

He settled in Airdrie in 2015, calling it home until his death.

Jason loved Lego, gaming (on a competitive level) spending time with friends and family.  He had a constant and loving companion Cat Piper until Piper's death in August of 2025.

He will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.
