Jennifer Anne (Lewis) Vleeming

Jennifer was born on July 29, 1968, in Iserlohn, Germany to a Canadian Soldier and German Accountant; Edward and Helga Lewis. At a young age, they moved to Calgary, Alberta where she grew up and got an education. She graduated from SAIT where she became a travel agent.

In 1992 she met her husband-to-be, Randall Vleeming, a farming boy. On June 18, 1994, they were married in Ponoka, Alberta. Together they bounced around Central Alberta where they eventually settled in Blackfalds, Alberta. On May 30, 1996, they became proud parents of their daughter Cassandra. Two years later on September 4, 1998, they completed their family with their twin boys Ryan and Bryce.

Jennifer was a devoted and loving mother. She loved camping. She loved her cars. She loved the warm weather. She loved animals, horses specifically. She loved running, bus driving, and reading. Jennifer was a people person who loved giving hugs. She always had a smile on her face and was always making friends wherever she went. She was a spiritual woman who enjoyed going to church every Sunday with the kids.

Jennifer struggled with liver failure this past year. She was on the transplant list but unfortunately, time ran out. She fought valiantly with hope for healing. She died peacefully surrounded by her husband and children on October 9, 2020.

Jennifer is survived by her loving husband Randall, her children Cassandra(Riley), Ryan, Bryce, and her mother Helga. Jennifer's father Edward survived Jennifer by one day, as he passed away on October 10, 2020. Jennifer is also survived by her sister Janine(Steve), plus numerous in laws, nephews, and nieces.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday October 15, 2020 at Wilson's Funeral Chapel. Services will be recorded and can be viewed shortly following On Wilson's Website.
