Kevin Dale Irion

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kevin Irion of Lacombe, Alberta, on December 24, 2023, at the age of 59 years.  Kevin was a kind, caring and loving man and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Kevin was born in Hanna, Alberta on March 18, 1964, and grew up on a farm near Endiang, Alberta.  After completing his education, he moved to the Blackfalds area where he worked for numerous years on a dairy farm, before entering the transportation industry, where he seen a lot of country as a Truck Driver.

One of Kevin’s biggest passions was riding his Harley, he enjoyed numerous trips to Sturgis. He also enjoyed many trips with his family, to the Shuswap, various other BC destinations and the Philippines to visit with family members.  Kevin loved to coffee with his friends when he was not working.

Kevin will be dearly missed by his wife Annie and her children Aaron and Andre, brothers Darryl (Gracie), Rodney (Esther), Allan and a sister Marilyn (Fred), and numerous nephews and nieces.  Kevin was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Gail Irion and nephew Dallas Rappel.

Celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Jan 5, 2024, where Family and Friends are welcome to attend the Come and Go Gathering from 2 – 5 pm at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel, in Lacombe. 

In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation in his Memory.
