It is with great sadness that the families of Kristofur Samuel Sisson and Samantha Leigh Grundy of Mirror, AB wish to announce that Kristofur passed away in a motorcycle collision on Sunday April 14th.

Kris is survived by the love of his life, Samantha Grundy; sons Kashton and Oakleigh; parents Peter and Anne Sisson; brother Robert (Kona); sister Leah Steeneveld  (Arjan); grandmother Helen Grimson; nephews Daylen, Elden, Nash, niece Jazlyn and a large extended family.  

Kris was born in Red Deer in 1978, grew up east of Lacombe, and attended school in Lacombe. Kris enjoyed music; he played drums, guitar and piano by ear and he was proud of his own personal sound system. Skateboarding, kayaking, trials riding, motorcycling, snowboarding, skiing and many other outdoor sports were his favorite leisure activities with family and friends. He was a master storyteller. First and foremost he loved spending time with Samantha and his sons. 

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Lacombe Memorial Centre, Wednesday, May 8th at 1:30 p.m.
