Lilly 'Lil' (Marks) Jehn

It is with profound sadness that the family of Lilly “Lil” Jehn announces her passing on May 27, 2024 at the age of 94.

Lil was a kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be forever missed by her daughters and their families. Her memory amazed family and friends and her ability to recall people, dates and events in great detail remained to her very last conversation. Lil would have been a great historian. Lil was extremely independent, and was very stoic through all the pain she endured during the last years of her life.  Not a day will go by without her family thinking of her and being grateful Lil was with them as long as she was.

Lil was predeceased by her parents, her seven siblings and her husband of 71 years, Gus. She is survived by her three daughters, Barb (Roly) Dvorak, Susan (Ken) Frank, Leslee (Mike) Hannas; four grandsons, Paul (Kat), Tyrel (Med), Darren (Sasha) and Matthew; as well as two great grandchildren, Tristan and Adriana.

Lil requested that no formal service be held when she passed away. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in memory of Lil can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
