1950 - 2022

It is with sadness and loss that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Linda Diane Falkingham, beloved wife of Ken Falkingham of Lacombe, at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre, Lacombe, Alberta on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the age of 71 years.

Kind, thoughtful, loyal, compassionate, generous, strong, patient, persistent, approachable, understanding, tender hearted, creative, fun loving, diligent, determined, loving… all of these words describe Mom… she was simply - remarkable! A remarkable mother. A remarkable wife. A remarkable sister. A remarkable daughter. A remarkable friend. A remarkable human! Yes, Linda was remarkable - and anyone who had the privilege of having her in their life can attest to her genuine care for others - she was authentic - a pure heart with pure intentions… she truly wanted the best for others - and it was felt - and it was appreciated by so many. Her reach was larger than she knew - and her legacy will live on in the kindness and care she extended to others - always, and in all ways. Yes, Linda Diane Falkingham was REMARKABLE - and we are ever so grateful for having had her in our lives - and we will miss her every moment of every day - and while she may not be here with us now - her kindness and the memory of her love lives on in all she touched. She has left this life and rests with Jesus now - with the assurance that this life that has now ended will not be the end - when Jesus comes again, she will be made whole and perfect - and she will live with Him in Heaven… it is with that assurance and that peace that we celebrate her life, and look forward to being reunited one day soon when Jesus comes again.

A Celebration of Linda's Life will be held from Christ the Way Seventh-day Adventist Church, 11520 Ellerslie Road S.W., Edmonton, Alberta on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
