Mila Ann Stephens

It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family of Mila announce her passing on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre in the arms of her parents at the age 20 months.

She will be sadly missed by her parents, Ryan and Sophie Stephens; her grandparents, D.J. Bing and Youfang Xue and Neil and Theresa Stephens all of Lacombe; her uncle and aunt Matt (Erin) Stephens of Calgary, Alberta. She will also be fondly remembered by many relatives and very dear family friends.

A Celebration of Mila’s Life will be held at the Lacombe Memorial Centre, North Centennial Hall on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  The family wishes to invite their friends to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 79, 5138 – 49th Street, Lacombe for a time of fellowship following the Service.  The Celebration of Life will be recorded and placed on this website shortly after the Funeral has been completed.

The family has requested that everyone in attendance at the Celebration of Life please wear white or beige to respect the Chinese Tradition for mourning.
