Robert (Bob) John Forrest, age 87, of Bluffton, AB, passed away October 15, 2021 at the Rimbey Care Centre peacefully in his sleep.

Robert is survived by his 3 children, Darrell (Georgina), Shelley (Roger) and Darcy (Tammy), his 4 grandchildren, Kyle, Tanner, Cody and Madeline, his great grandson, Theoren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Emma, wife Shirley, 2 daughters, Terry and Sandra, and his grandson Justice (Jay).

Bob was born in Calgary on February 22, 1934 and lived most of his life there until he retired from his career at Alberta Government Telephones. He and Shirley moved to Bluffton where he was able to live out his life-long dream of owning a farm.

The family would like to express their gratitude for the care Bob received at the Rimbey Care Centre.

Because of current restrictions, there will be no funeral service.

He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
