In loving memory of Sharon Nielsen (Nana), who departed this world at the age of 76. Born in Vulcan, Alberta, but spent majority of her life in Alix, Alberta. She was the oldest sibling in her family. She fought a courageous battle against cancer with a smile on her face, showing immense strength and grace until the very end. Sharon Nielsen touched the lives of all who knew her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her two sisters Lynda & Gloria (Bob), one brother John (Nicole), two sons Cordell (Serena) & Sheldon, and cherished grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends, who were the light of her life. Sharon will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, May 5 at 1:00 pm at the Alix United Church, afterwards the burial at 2:00 pm, and then to follow the celebration of life at Alix community hall, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory, share stories, and find solace in each other's company. She leaves behind beautiful memories that will live on forever. Rest in peace, dear Sharon.
