Tyler “Tye” Benjamin Friesen
1986 - 2023
Tye Friesen, beloved son of Rick and Kathy Friesen passed away at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the age of 36 years.
Besides his loving parents, Tye is survived by his precious nieces, Zoey and Bradie Odland and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ty was predeceased by his sister, Blare Jeanette Odland on November 25, 2022 and his special grandparents, Ben and Betty Friesen and Scotty and Kaye Ferguson.
A Celebration of Tye’s Life will be held at the Lacombe Memorial Centre, 5214 – 50 Avenue, Lacombe, Alberta, on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made in Tye's honour to the Tyler Friesen Memorial Youth Scholarship Fund c/o the Lacombe Kinsmen, Box 5761, Lacombe, Alberta T4L 1X3.
Rick and Kathy would like to express their most heartfelt gratitude to every person who has given Tye Love and Support. There are so many of you that it is impossible to name you all which in itself amazing. Please accept our sincere thanks, you are so greatly appreciated. A special Thank You to the Doctor's and Nurses at the Lacombe Hospital for their compassionate care of Tye.
