Clay was born in Red Deer July 21, 1995. Graduating from Hunting Hills High School in 2013 and was currently enrolled at Lethbridge College majoring in business. Clay will be missed by his mom Janet, brothers Rye and Cole, his father Dave Johnson and younger brother Reed and numerous family and friends. Clay was an amazing young man with a heart of gold who made the lives of every person he spent time with easier. He spent his life doing what he loved; guiding, roping, fishing, hunting and being with his family and best friend Brady. Clay also loved playing hockey and football. He had amazing ability to bring people together and happiness to everyone around him. He made you feel important, safe, and lived every adventure to the fullest and embraced every moment. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday September 26, 2016 at the Moose Hall in Ponoka (5000 2A Ponoka, AB). 
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sugar Creek Taxidermy (4612 62 St, Red Deer, AB T4N 6T3) in the name of Clay Johnson.
