I remember the first time I met Marg. I had just started dating Clayton and was being introduced to the whole family at the lake. Marg was dressed to the nines, so I complemented her on her outfit, she said it was from 'Valu Valage', it sounded very European so I thought she was very upscale and expensively dressed. It wasn't until later that night that Marg decided to let me know 'Valu Valage' actually stood for 'Value Village' and she proceeded to tell me she didn't shop at those 'Fancy' stores all the other fools did (I think she may have used different words😳). I gained a tremendous amount of respect for Marg that day, she was who she was and wasn't afraid to own it! You didn't need to be around Marg long to realize she was very wise with a tremendously large heart. May God bless you Marg, as you enter his kingdom🙏🏼

To my Godmother Auntie Marg

I am going to miss you! No one could ask for a greater second mom and godmother than you. You always were my go-to and the second voice to my mom and dad for all of my antics and foolery growing up. I am still sorry about borrowing the truck and driving to Edmonton when I was 15! I remember it took you awhile to let that one pass… I loved the farm and growing up there a boy. That being said, I hated the geese. To this day, I am convinced that they sought me out when ever I stayed for the weekend. My great childhood memories, the skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding… I can go on and on! You were a very special person and I am so blessed that you were a big part of shaping the person that I have become. I love you very much Auntie Marg! Brad

Auntie Marg, I love you. You always make me laugh. Jeepers, who knew your name was Consatance? Imagine, calling you Auntie Constance. Now that is funny! I'm not sure if I ever properly thanked you for pulling us all out of the garden of mud in 1964. Although I do think you left us all there until you were completely sure we were actually not going to sink out of sight. I have been so blessed having you in my life! You taught me some invaluable things like: A curse word properly inserted into the conversation does not need explanation. Which line you use on the jigger depends completely on who you are pouring the drink for. If you are going to hide your smokes in the hedge, you should put the package in a zip lock bag. Most importantly, always laugh.! I raise my glass to you Auntie Marg. I love you. I will miss you, you old bag of bones!
xoxo

Marg had such a fun personality! As a teenager I babysat the Whyte kids and loved spending time with their family. She always had a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face. My condolences to Reg,Valerie and Susan. Your Mom was a remarkable woman!

Marg was such an incredible woman, who raised a beautiful, beautiful family. As a kid, I remember all the fun we had at parties down at the ranch, playing spoons on the living room floor, reminiscing about ski trips, and all the laughter. I always enjoyed bumping into Marg when she volunteered at the Westerner Grounds, when we could quickly catch up on family news. Much, much love to you all, she is dearly missed.
