Message from Dorothy Burton and Aunt Gladys Giesbrecht

Our most sincere condolences', Dorothy was a highly regarded niece to my mom Gladys, so much so that she named me after her. Mom wanted to attend the service but it would be quite an undertaking for a 95 year old. I'm glad she was a Christian; a home in heaven was waiting for her.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dorothy at the bench show for the Bentley Ag Society. Dorothy was a wonderful person, a true lady. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to the family.

My sincere condolences to Gordon and family in your loss of one special lady. I, along with so many others will sadly miss that smiling face and vibrant personality. I can see Dorothy hurling that rock down the ice at the Curling rink. Great shot! Yes, she will be missed there and in so many other areas of the community. We will all miss you, my dear friend.
