To all of you who have had the privilege of Joe in your family I hope you are being comforted and supported at this time. I want to say I'm thankful that I also had a short privilege of knowing him and being surrounded by his stories and memories I'm thankful that he was given a long life and touched lives with his warm character and friendly smile Gods peace be with you

Sorry to hear of your dear Dad's passing. I remember many years ago when I used to come visit you at your farm, your folks were so kind and loving! May your Dad rest in peace, his rest is won! Joe and Dode were friends of my parents: Marjorie and Nobby Wood. A group of friends used to gather on Fridays at the Golden Circle Seniors Centre. In addition to Lunch, they YARNED and joked a lot. I think Joe is the last of the group----his passing is the end of an era. My sympathy to the large family who will celebrate him today. RW

Rhonda and Glenda and families. I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Joe and have great memories of him and your family. I really enjoyed the chance I had to attend his 99 th birthday and reminiscing with Joe about the many times I spent with all of you.
