So sorry for your loss.
May you find peace on the other side of sorrow,
may you find comfort on the other side of loss and mostly
that love lives on in the memories of the heart. (Author unknown)

It is with deep regret that I learned of Jim's passing. We served together on several occasions throughout the years. I was his partner on the PPCT course in Montreal; can you imagine getting kicked in the legs by this man, don't know how I survived. My wife and I visited him at his farm in N.B. when he was working in Gagetown. Last time I saw him was at the Provost Corps Reunion in Montreal in 1998 which I helped organize. A very nice man and a real gentleman. To his family, my deepest and sincere condolences

Dear Lemieux Family,
I knew Jim through my step-sister Evelyn. I was very saddened to hear of his passing. Jim was a very sweet, kind and jovial man. He always was so friendly and welcoming, each and every time I had the chance to meet up with him. I hope that you will all find comfort in the beautiful memories that you have of this wonderful man. I certainly will always remember him very fondly.
My Sincere Sympathies,
Jennifer Howard

Don and I want to express our sympathies on Jim's death. Don was Jim's former father-in-law and we used to visit with him both in Cody's, NB, and Oromocto, NB. when Jim lived here, and he visited with us in Miramichi, NB. He was someone we really enjoyed seeing. Don still talks about his great spaghetti sauce.
Our sincere sympathies on the loss of a good man. Marilyn C-F

It was with deep regret that I read of the passing of my old friend Jim.
He and I patrolled together in Werl Germany.
Jim was a big jolly guy that kept everyone he met laughing.
He had a special gift in dealing with everyone we met.
He will never be forgotten.
To his family my deepest condolences and sympathy.

It was with deep regret that I read of the passing of my old friend Jim.
Jim and I worked together in Werl Germany, as Canadian Provost Corps members.
He was a big giant of a man with a great sense of humour.
He had a special way of talking to people and of course the sense of humour was always there.
To his wife and family my deepest condolences. My thoughts are with you.
