Thank you so much for all you and the staff has done for us. You made it easy for us to make decisions as we planned Mom's service and burial. We received great care from Wilson's many years ago when our Dad passed away; Wilson's was our immediate choice with Mom. The care we received has been exceptional.

Our mother was 98 when she passed away. Although we'd been preparing for this, we were like everyone else...in shock. Mom had kindly written us a letter years ago and had instructed us regarding hymns, etc. and one of the first things she'd told us to do was to call you. I found you to be extremely sympathetic, very professional, and most comforting. You assured us that you would take care of all aspects of mom's funeral and you truly did. My sister and I were most impressed by your efficiency and concern. We thank you for your kindness and assistance during our meeting. We felt comforted having you there as we knew you would guide us through everything.

Thank you for all the services you provided to us at this time in the loss of our mother . Thank you for the help you were to us in organizing all that needed to be done. We were all so grateful for the celebration of our mom's life that it turned out to be. Your professionalism was very much appreciated.

At the most difficult time in our lives, somehow we know who to call. I am grateful that you were on the other end of the phone line. Throughout the pre-planning for the service for our brother, we valued your professionalism, compassion and skill in organizing everything. All the details were in place - including the service folders, enlargement of the picture, slideshow, ordering of food, and support for the family. We especially enjoyed the music by Ken Oliphant and were grateful for the aftercare information and assistance we received from Ralph Bochinski. Seeing my Dad die was a terrible event in my life, but somehow, someway, with the little time I shared with you, you seemed to have made this experience a little more comfortable.
